What our clients are saying…

"I was skeptical at first but the change in Kaso after one session with Shelly is amazing! My 6 year old dog is acting like a puppy again. I am recommending this to all my dog owner friends."

Canine Medical Massage Therapy

Animal Massage can be done at your home or at my home office.

Large dogs are usually done on a mat on the floor and dogs 50 pounds or less are done on a massage table.

The length of a session depends on the dog’s needs and temperament. Generally a massage will last anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes.

I structure my time to be available to patients for both emergencies and advance appointments.

Why Pet Massage?

There are many benefits to canine massage; a few of them being:

  • Stretch and relax muscles
  • Enhance performance by increasing range of motion
  • Flushing toxins that cause muscle stiffness and soreness
  • Relieve muscle pain by releasing endorphins
  • Improving circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids
  • Enhance healing post-operatively

What types of dogs can benefit from massage?

  • Dogs with muscle or joint problems
  • Dogs with joint disorders or arthritis
  • Dogs recovering from injury
  • Dogs in post surgical rehab
  • Dogs who are or have participated in performance events
  • Dogs who are under stress such as re-homed shelter dogs or those who have lost a friend
  • Dogs who are sedentary
